Hi there let’s make Zucchini n Bean Salad, so easy n yet so healthy


  1. I zucchini cut into big cubes
  2. 1 carrot cut into cubes
  3. 1 bowl of boiled haricot beans  ( kabuli chana)
  4. Lettuce leaves gently torn by hand into pieces
  5. For d dressing
  6. 1/2 cup olive oil
  7. Juice of 1 small lemon
  8. 1 tsp dry oregano
  9. Salt n pepper to taste

Stir-fry d veggies in a little olive oil n add d beans

Mix all d ingredients of d dressing in a jar n shake well

Mix the veggies and the dressing n garnish with the lettuce and you have a delicious and healthy meal ready, have it with a multigrain bread slice and voila there you go.
