Yellow Tea is such an OBSESSION Internationally today.

But We INDIANS have been having it since Centuries.

It’s Something that Our Great Grandmothers, Grandmothers, Mothers have been feeding us every time we have a Cold or Flu.

Yellow Tea is made with TURMERIC powder being the main ingredient, then adding some other Spices.

The Benefits of Turmeric are Manifold… Helps against Infections, Strengthens the Immune System, Cures Throat Infection, Fights Cancer, Diabetes, Obesity, keeps your skin naturally Glowing.

This Amazing Health Drink can be made with Water as well as Milk.

When Made with Water, Simply Boil a glass of water, add a pinch of Turmeric powder, Salt & Ghee( Clarified Butter).

If You are not comfortably Drinking this, just Gargle with this water & Your Throatache will Vanish.

But I am Sharing My Recipe of this Brilliant YELLOW TEA that has multiple benefits including Weight loss.

How to Make Yellow Tea

Ingredients

  1. Half a cup Milk
  2. Half a cup Water
  3. 7 to 8 Fresh Mint leaves
  4. A small piece of Ginger grated
  5. A small stick of Cinnamon
  6. A pinch of Pepper powder
  7. 2/3 drops of Ghee ( Clarified Butter) / Edible Coconut oil
  8. 1 tsp Honey ( optional)

Method

Heat the Water.

Add the Mint leaves, Ginger, cinnamon & boil for about 2 minutes.

Add the Pepper powder, Ghee or Coconut oil, honey.

Add the Milk Gradually.

Let it all boil together just for about half a minute.

Strain the Milk.

Pour in a Cup/ Mug.

Have it Hot.

This Tea can be consumed any time of the day but not immediately after meals.

I love having this YELLOW TEA at Bedtime, one of the best time to have it!!!
