A very Good  morning to all, today’s recipe for breakfast is a very healthy version of a pancake which even kids love so here we go,

Ingredient for the Whole wheat Apple pancake

  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  3. 3tsp baking powder
  4. 1tsp baking soda
  5. 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk
  6. 2 tsp brown sugar  ( u can even use white sugar)
  7. 1 apple grated
  8. A pinch of salt

Maple syrup or honey to drizzle on d pancakes

Mix d dry ingredients like the 2 flours, baking powder n soda n sugar, salt in a bowl n then slowly add d milk or buttermilk so that no lumps are formed, then add d grated apple. Whisk it well n leave aside for 10 minutes

Take a non stick pan n slowly spread d batter on d pan in a small roundel , put butter or oil as u like n cook on both d sides till well browned.

Drizzle some honey or maple syrup or any fruit jam n VOILA yr healthy n yummy breakfast is ready,  so go on Ave Fun
