Tomato Parsley Bruscheta

Hi all let’s make a dish that can be had as a snack as well as the main course,  Italian bruschetta is a much-loved dish all over the world so let’s make a simple and easy bruschetta.

 

You NEED

  1. 1 FRENCH BREAD or multigrain loaf cut in slices
  2. 4 tomatoes deseeded n chopped into small cubes
  3. 1 bunch parsley chopped fine
  4. 5 cloves garlic chopped finely
  5. 4 tsp of virgin olive oil
  6. Paprika as per taste or red chili powder  ( about half a tsp)
  7. Kosher salt or coarse sea salt as per taste
  8. 1tsp mixed Italian herbs  (optional )

Heat a grill pan n grill d bread slices with a little butter or olive oil n keep aside

Take a bowl n put d tomatoes, parsley, garlic, Paprika, salt, herbs n olive oil n mix well

Let this mixture mix well for at least an hour so that all d flavors come out well

Now take d bread slices n put a little of the tomato mixture on each slice

If u want u can put a little mozzarella cheese on top n grill in d oven for about 4 to 5 mins  or u can just serve it without d cheese,  it’s equally delicious

So here we have our yummy bruscheta ready n REMEMBER to cook happily coz that adds d best flavor to yr dish
