I have been fascinated by Strawberries ever since I can remember….used to wait every winter for this Amazing Fruit … Yes in Mumbai we get Strawberries in winter, unlike some countries where it’s a Summer Fruit…

Strawberries are not only delicious to eat but have some Great Health benefits too… Full of Vitamin C, a natural Antioxidant, Immunity Booster, prevents Inflammation, helps in Weight loss… The Nutrition Value can keep on counting!!!

This Fruit is great when eaten Raw but when added to some culinary dishes it can whip up a Storm in the kitchen… I especially love making my Desserts with Strawberries…

Today I am sharing A STRAWBERRY CHIA PUDDING Recipe which is not only Delicious but really Healthy too … A combination of Strawberries, Coconut, Chia seeds can really work wonders to the TASTE as well as to Health…

For this Recipe…

U need —-

  • 5 to 6 Strawberries
  • Half a coconut or 1 cup ready coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds ( presoaked in water till it fluffs up )
  • Honey or Maple syrup or sugar to taste

Method :

Step 1 :

Slice the Strawberries

Step 2 :

Grate the coconut & extract the milk by soaking the grated coconut in water for some time & then straining the milk ( You can simply use the ready coconut milk if You want ).

 

Step 3 :

Strain the chia seeds from the water.

Step 4 :

Pour Honey or Maple syrup or Sugar according to your wish.

Ingredients-mixing

Step 5: Mix all the ingredients in a blender and Pour in glasses or a bowl.

Keep the Pudding in the fridge.

Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Serve any time of the day, for Breakfast or as a Dessert post lunch & dinner or as an evening Snack.

This Strawberry Chia Pudding is a really Healthy & Delicious pudding which you can even enjoy when on a diet… So Simply Splurge !!!
