Sriracha Cottage Cheese Sandwich 

Schools are on n every mother is in a dilemma to make something different n yet delicious as well as healthy enough for the child to eat at any time of the day.

This is one such recipe that is good to make for your entire family n they ll love it

healthy, delicious and non-fattening this sandwich is a hero!

So here’s the recipe

You Need

  1. Brown bread slices
  2. 1 cup paneer/ low fat Cottage cheese/ ricotta cheese
  3. 1 tsp garlic paste
  4. 1 carrot finely grated
  5. 1 green/ red pepper finely chopped
  6. Few stalks of coriander/ celery/parsley finely chopped
  7. 1 tsp of Sriracha sauce/ ketchup/ chilli sauce
  8. Salt n pepper to taste
  9. Olive oil/ butter

Mix the cottage cheese/paneer, garlic, carrot, red/ green pepper, coriander, sriracha sauce, salt n pepper together till it gets a thick consistency

Take 2 slices of brown bread n apply the cottage cheese mixture on one slice as thick as u prefer, then cover with the other slice

Heat a grill pan n put some olive oil/ butter n then grill the sandwich on both the sides till it is well browned, u can even make it in a sandwich maker if you wish

The Sriracha sauce adds a very piquant flavour to the sandwich n it goes very well with Cottage cheese so i prefer to use it
