    Instructions
    1. Soak d rice n lentils in water for about 10 to 15 mins.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, onions, garlic n sauté for 3 to 4 min till browned.
    3. Add all the masala and sauté again for 3 to 4 min till u get a nice aroma.
    4. Then add d rice n lentils after draining d water n sauté again for 5 mins.
    5. Lastly, add d spinach n sauté for 2 min n then add 4 cups of water n let it cook for 15 min.
    6. You can add more water if u want a thinner consistency.
    7. When it’s done take it off the gas and garnish it with a little virgin olive oil and mint leaves.
    8. Voila, your Brown rice khichdi is ready.
