    Instructions
    1. Take a baking dish or any ovenproof bowl and grease it with a little butter, mix the sliced peaches with the flour, sugar and lime juice and place it in the bowl.
    2. For the crumble in a wide plate mix the flour, sugar, oats, almonds and mix well, add cold butter in it with your fingertips till it resembles breadcrumbs, add 3 tsp of water, vanilla essence and mix.
    3. Place the crumble on top of the peaches in d baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes till it is golden brown in colour.
    4. So there you have your peach crumble ready, let it cool and serve it with vanilla or butterscotch ice cream and enjoy.
