Summer is here & we feel generally dehydrated all the time. We need some refreshing drinks to restore all that our body depletes in the harsh heat especially in countries like India where the Summer is really hot & humid. I love making healthy juices especially for my breakfast as that is supposed to be the most important meal of the day as we are breaking a fast of almost eight hours, so also the name BREAKFAST. Today I am sharing my simple Recipe of an Orange-Carrot Juice with Parsley.

This Orange-Carrot Juice with Parsley not only detoxifies the body but is full of Vitamin C & Vitamin A which are so essential for a healthy & fit body. This is also a great drink for Weightloss & is a super immunity booster. This Juice needs very few Ingredients (Actually only three!) and is the quickest juice to be made.

As this is a short post I will share my Recipe here…


Ingredients —

  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 big carrot
  • 5 to 6 sprigs of parsley

Juice all the ingredients in a juicer, add some ice if you like & enjoy it in the early morning with some multigrain toast !!

You can even blend all the ingredients in a blender & then serve the juice.
