Red Pepper and Olive Hummus

Heyyyyyyyy,  a recipe after a long time to make, As usual healthy, yummy n easy to make

You need

  1. 250g chickpeas soaked n boiled  ( u can even use canned ones if u r in a hurry )
  2. 1 cup thick yoghurt  (  can use low fat)
  3. 4 tbsp sesame seeds grinded into a paste ( can use tahini )
  4. 1 red pepper
  5. Black olives as much u like
  6. 5 cloves garlic mashed
  7. 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder / Papprika to garnish
  10. Virgin olive oil to garnish

Take d red pepper n rub a little oil on it n put it on a gas flame directly for 1 min n roast all over, peel it n grind it into a paste

Now put d chickpeas, yoghurt, sesame seeds paste, red pepper paste, olive oil n salt in a blender n blend everything well

Chop d olives in pieces

Chill d chickpeas mixture in the fridge for sometime

While serving take-out d hummus in a plate and garnish with olives,  olive oil n red chilli powder / Paprika

Serve with hot pita bread n enjoy a different hummus from d regular one
