One more Salvinating Recipe comes to you from my blog for the festive season. this season is to Crave and eat good food, good desserts and have a good time in all but in having a good time eating healthy and delicious.
So here I am posting a recipe for you with Dates and Peanut Butter and lots of other ingredients which will be made into a delicious healthy laddoo… this is completely Sugar-free Sweet.
So let’s get started with this recipe.
- 2 cups dates/ Khajoor paste ( take black seedless dates & simply mash them with your fingers)
- Half cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons roasted cashew nut powder
- 2 tablespoon dried red Cranberries
- One tablespoon Pumpkin seeds or any other you prefer
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Form into a dough.
Make even sized balls or laddoos out of the dough.
For the Decoration
Take some melted white chocolate and drizzle on the laddoos as shown in the video.
Garnish with Pistachios and edible gold powder.
