Recipe for Jamun Shots 

INGREDIENTS

250 grams Jamun or Java Plum
4 tbsp Sugar ( lesser if preferred )
1 cup water 
12 Ice Cubes
1 tsp Kalanamak or Black Salt
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp roasted cumin / jeera powder 

Method

Wash and deseed the jamuns
Add the deseeded jamun, water, sugar, Black salt, lemon juice, cumin powder in a blender & blend all together
Blend the jamun mixture till it is smooth and uniform.
Place the ice cubes in glasses of your choice ( tall or shot glasses )
Pour the jamun mix in the glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish with mint leaves
