Eggless Peach Oats Crumble
Hi all, let’s do some easy baking today, it’s d season of sweet luscious peaches so let’s make something with peaches n eggless too
EGGLESS PEACH OATS CRUMBLE
U NEED
- 4 Ripe peaches cut in slices( u can even use tinned peaches )
- 1/ 4 cup all-purpose flour or maida
- 1/4 cup of Brown sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- FOR D CRUMBLE
- U NEED
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour or maida
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Cold butter cut into pieces
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- Few almonds for d crunch
- 3 tsp Water
- 1tsp Vanilla essence
Take a baking dish or any oovenproof bowl n grease it with a little butter, mix d sliced peaches with d flour, sugar n lime juice n place it in the bowl
For d crumble in a wide plate mix d flour, sugar, oats, almonds n mix well, add d cold butter in it with your fingertips till it resembles breadcrumbs, add 3 tsp of water n vanilla essence n mix
Place d crumble on top of d peaches in d baking dish n bake in d preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes till it is golden brown in colour
So there u ave yr peach crumble ready, let it cool n serve it with vanilla or butterscotch icecream n enjjjjjoy n REMEMBER to b happy n spread the cheer around coz d world needs your smile
Tip – OVEN TEMPERATURE VARIES FROM OVEN TO OVEN SO PLS CHECK YR CRUMBLE AFTER 30 MINUTES
