Christmas Cake Pops
Christmas is one Festival which is Celebrated Globally without any Caste or Race Distinction & only shares Joy & Peace in the World.
And of course, My Favourite 🎅 Santa comes in the Christmas days getting with him so much Happiness that the World today needs. HE makes me believe in Fantasies & makes me a Child again as he does with most of us. I wait to decorate my Christmas tree which although I haven’t done this year my sweet little Nephew has decorated it so beautifully & as he says ” With just a little help from Papa & Mamma “.
On my Instastory, when I posted a poll for a Cake Pops Recipe I got such an Overwhelming Response that I had to post this Recipe. As I was suffering from a severe back spasm & thereafter traveling, I haven’t been able to post more of Christmas Recipes but you can also check out my Christmas Sugar Cookies Recipe which was loved by all.
Christmas Cake Pops may seem a bit difficult when you read the Recipe but once you try making it, you will realize how easy it is. Please refer to the video below

Here’s the Recipe for
Christmas Cake Pops Ingredients
For the cake balls—
- 2 cups plain cake crumbs ( take a sponge & mash it with your hands till it resembles breadcrumbs )
- 1 cup chilled butter or 200 gms butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Half cup almond powder
- Few cranberries
- Some Lollipop sticks
- Thermocoal sheet
Method —
Whisk the Butter, Icing sugar & cocoa together into an icing.
Mix the cake crumbs, the Butter icing, almond powder, cranberries into a soft dough.
Make small balls of it.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Chocolate Coating—
250 gms or 1 cup of chopped dark chocolate.
1 tablespoon Butter.
Method —-
Take both the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on high for 40 seconds.
Mix & if there are still lumps remaining, microwave again for 20 seconds till the Chocolate has melted & is a little shiny..( Do not microwave for a longer time as the Chocolate will burn )
You can also use a double boiler to melt the chocolate.
Keep the melted chocolate aside.
Assembling of the Cake Pops-
Remove the Pops/ cake balls from the fridge.
Take the Lollipop sticks, dip them in the chocolate & stick in the cake balls very gently.
Complete with all the Pops & wait for 2 minutes for the chocolate on the lollipop stick to harden.
Now take one Cake Pop on the stick & very gently dip in the melted chocolate & turn till all the cake ball is coated as shown in the video.
Place it on the thermocol sheet.
Repeat with the remaining Cake balls.
Decorate with edible sprinklers & powders of your choice.
Serve them instantly or pack with cellophane paper & ribbons for gifting !!
Stays fresh up to 2 days, refrigerate after that but they definitely don’t last that long 😃
