Cabbage Spaghetti Cups


Hi guys, one more easy to make healthy n yummy recipe for U



  1. 1 fresh cabbage
  2. 1/2 pkt spaghetti boiled al dente
  3. 200 gms baby potatoes boiled
  4. 4 tomatoes blanched n pureed
  5. 4 to 5 cloves garlic chopped finely
  6. 1 small bunch of parsley chopped finely
  7. 2 tsp olive oil
  8. Red chilli powder as per taste
  9. Salt to taste

Take out the cabbage leaves very carefully n trim them into cups,  put them in ice water for some time n chill in d frig

Heat the oil in a pan,  add the garlic n parsley and stir-fry for 10 seconds,  add the tomato puree,  red chilli powder,  salt n a pinch of sugar, let it boil till the tomatoes are done & it becomes like a sauce,  add the boiled baby potatoes n let them be coated with the sauce,  add the Spaghetti n heat on high flame for a few seconds till it is all combined well

When u want to serve, put the chilled cabbage cups in a plate & put the potato n spaghetti mixture in it, do not fill it up completely just half the cup n serve immediately

If u want to give your kids u can even put some cheese on top n see how your kids love it!!
